Lawn Seeding & Renovation Services
Aeration
Over time, soil compacts and restricts airflow, water, and nutrient absorption. Our core aeration service relieves compaction and opens the soil, creating pathways for root growth and stronger turf.
Seeding Options
Overseeding: Adds new grass seed directly into existing turf to increase density, improve color, and fill bare spots.
Slice/Slit Seeding: Specialized equipment slices into the soil, placing seed in direct contact with the ground for better germination.
Lawn Renovation: For thin, bare, or damaged lawns, we provide full-service renovation to restore your yard to its best condition.
Topdressing
Adding a thin layer of compost or soil over your lawn helps improve soil structure, boost nutrient availability, and protect new seed. Top dressing also enhances seed-to-soil contact for more successful germination.
The best time for aeration and seeding in our area is August 15–October 15, when cooler temperatures and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for seed germination. Seeding in the spring, March 15–May15, is second best option.
